Bat

Maybe you have witnessed those strange creatures flying around at night from between the trees or at the cemetery, it's weird yest these creatures chose this place to live with the dead people, but this way how it goes with nature. it's classified as from the mammals and not from birds category, thus it's the only animal that can fly, and mammals of course feed it's babies with milk and most mammals give born to their babies and don't put eggs like birds & it feeds it's babies with milk.



Mammals body in usual is covered in thin short soft purr in order to keep itself warm. Bats also is a Warm-blooded mammals its body is covered with purr and its babies are born alive and not like low level mammals which is very few that lays eggs like One of the defining characteristics of mammals is that they give birth to young ones and raise them on milk from the mammary glands. All mammals are warm-blooded meaning that they have an internal body temperature regulation mechanisms. It is not hard to distinguish mammals from other forms of animals because they make up a large percentage of the animals that human beings interact with. Humans are mammals, as are elephants, lions, buffaloes, cats, dogs, sheep, goats, and many other animals.

Historical Age species.

But what distinguishes the bats from other animals?. well it flies this is the most obvious thing they do, and their wings are weird really it reminds us of the historical bird like the PTERANODON, it has a long skinny wings and not covered in hair, it's fully naked and it's bones nearly you can see it throw them. Bats gather all together in buildings and caves at day time for sleep, and make each other warm and they feel safe altogether, so they are a social animals, hanging upside down with their legs holding to any type of hangers like wooden tree branch or a coarse stone in a cave and they have a sticky legs that can hold to anything for long periods as they enter the winter they disappear in these haunted places for the whole winter.
Bats life can expand to reach 20 years at most, small sizes lives in Europe and Africa, otherwise the Big bat we see in the movies which called "the Flying Fox" which can expand it's wings to become 1 meter long.

Bats going night hunting.

There are almost 800 types of bats and we can divide them into two types: 1- the insect eating bats and 2- the fruit eaters which eats fruit all time. Bats that you see flying around in a hurry are most likely running after an insect prey otherwise you wont see the fruit eater running after an apple.


Bats are not equipped with a good sighting quality eyes, otherwise it finds its prey thru ultrasound waves that they produce from their throat which generates this small hardly heard sound like whispering it hits any prey that flies around the area they are in and goes back in the speed of sound to their ears which it's naturally equipped with supernatural hearing ability that can predict their prey next move in seconds which allows them to hunt during the night.

Fruit Bat.

Other fruit bats have smaller ears and bigger eyes and they depend on their sound abilities much less because their prey is fruit and this type of bats lives in the tropical areas like the Mississippi and middle African countries and Australia. other bats that lives on the Nectar of flowers it has a long tong that enables it to go thru a long throat flowers and lick the their nectar. 

Other bats have a blood lust and like to feed on blood and this can be throw hunting warm-blooded small preys that already have a wound or they make a small wound in the prey body and take lick the wound with their tong which causes sometimes the rabies which is some type of disease, this type of bats lives in middle & south American countries.
