THE HISTORY OF CLOTH.

The Manufacture of spinning and weaving was among all ancient industries in the human history, there are a lot of industries that the human have encountered, among those the ones fabricated like the mat, and the chains and the cages, but the most important is the cloth.
Samuel Crompton

In order to make cloth possible, you have to isolate each thread of cloth whether, from wool, silk, nylon or plant fibre solely and parallel each of them in a line altogether then start collecting them in a tactical organizing, the history has unveiled that the human has used the cloth since 2500 B.C. but the oldest piece of clothing goes back to 4500 B.C.

The Manufacture of spinning and weaving was a Handicraft in Europe until the 14th century,  the cloth maker was handling a punch of wool and wind them in order to get a thread of the material to load it on the cloth groove. the process was faster when the pedal was added to the groove and the thickness of the threads was much stronger.

Spinning wheel.

The threads are spun by the loom. the old loom was combined of 2 long wooden cylinders in parallel with each other tensioned with threads then a very long thread is spun on a shuttle and spirally passes through each thread from above and bottom of each thread respectively until it reaches the end of the wooden cylinder and then passes again the same journey. the strength of the cloth is measured by how much threads were lying on the cylinder in parallel on it.

Modern 1950s Spinning Machine.

In 1733 "John Cay" invented the automatic shuttle and the weaver had to tens his robes and the shuttle moves fast through the loom and as consequence of this historical speed in the industry, the
suppliers of the materials could not get enough of raw materials to the Weavers in time. that was in 1767 in presence of "James Hargriffs" when he invented the spinning wheel which it can afford a lot of Yarn yarns in the same time.
The Manufacture of spinning and weaving became much easier when the "Samuel Crompton" invented the Spinning modern machine in the 19th century which has grouped the threads in two groups that allow the shuttle thread to pass between the two groups by exchanging position up and down simultaneously and the shuttle thread is going back and forth. this machine could be spun 1000 yarn altogether also it could control the thickness of the cloth on demand.

In order to have a good cloth, it has to pass through 4 stages:
1- Dimensions of the rolled threads.
2- The Correct timing of thread groups exchange.
3- Passing through the groups with the shuttle thread in a respective manner.
4- Horizontally level all the welded threads.
